At Rediscover Vintage, we want you to love your unique finds; if a piece doesn't fit your story, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage goods, items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the vintage items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 72 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to confirm its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
